ANNUAL LOUPES FAIR

November 4th, 2025 5-8PM

Thank you for your interest in participating in the annual Houston ASDA Loupe Fair. This year the meeting will be held at UTHEALTH SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY on the 4th FLOOR. Companies will have the opportunity to interact with students throughout the evening at booths set up to promote themselves. We thank everyone who attended this time last year and continue to support our chapter from year to year. We truly appreciate your continued involvement with our school and students. 

As an organization centered around our students, Houston ASDA is committed to educating our members, serving the community, and supporting all aspects of organized dentistry. Part of our mission is to educate members is to send a large number of students to national meetings such as ASDA Annual Session, National Leadership Conference, and district meetings. All contributions from one of our biggest fundraiser, the Loupes Fair, directly support this cause and our community service events.

  • Designated table location

  • All advertisements (emails, Facebook, Instagram, and TV monitors around school) seen by students and faculty will sit sponsors leading up to the Vendor/Career Fair

  • Company description featured on student handout distributed at the vendor fair

FAQ

Who is invited to the Loupe Fair?

  • All dental pre-doctoral classes (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years), hygiene classes (1st & 2nd), are invited to the Vendor Fair. Loupe Fair is primarily geared towards D1 pre-doctoral students.

What time is the Loupe Fair?

  • 5-8PM November 4, 2025

What time can companies start setting up?

  • Companies will be able to check in and begin preparing their booth at 4:00pm on the day of the event.

Can I pass out product samples or brochures to students at the event?

  • Yes! We encourage you to provide as much education about your products and services as you can to our students. Many students are just beginning to learn about products and services in the field. Feel free to send packages in advance for easier transportation.

Where should I send any packages for the Loupes Fair?

  • If you send any packages to the school, it is imperative that you e-mail Kamile Kukleryte and Michael Landavazo (asdahoustonevents@gmail.com). Please include the estimated time of arrival and the number of packages that you are sending. We want to ensure there are no mix-ups and all of your packages are accounted for prior to the event.
