Golf Tournament - Sponsor Registration

The American Student Dental Association at UTSD is hosting its 7th Annual Houston ASDA Open Golf Tournament on September 21st, 2019 at Tour 18 Golf Course. Students, dentists, alumni, faculty, and sponsors participate in the tournament with all proceeds benefitting the San Jose Clinic.

Sponsorship registration for this year has closed! Stay tuned for next year! We have many sponsorship opportunities available for vendors. All sponsors (excluding beverage sponsors) are welcome to bring their own promotional items to have available for players.

Information

Eagle Sponsors (0 remaining): 

A vendor may become an Eagle Sponsor with a $1,500 donation. This package includes:

  • Entry for a Team of 4

  • Contribution to Gift Basket for 1st Place Team

  • Closest to the Pin or Longest Drive Hole Sponsor

  • Closest to the Pin or Longest Drive Sponsored Gift Basket

Birdie Sponsors:

A vendor may become a Birdie Sponsor with a $1,000 donation. This package includes:

  • Entry for a Pairing of 2

  • Sponsored Round of Drinks

  • Logo Displayed at Bar in Dinning Hall

  • Sponsored Raffle Item

  • Sponsored Hole

Golf Cart Sponsors (2 remaining):

A vendor may become a Golf Cart Sponsor with a $1,000 donation. This package includes:

  • Name and Logo featured on the inside of all Golf Carts

Par Sponsors:

A vendor may become a Par Sponsor with a $750 donation. This package includes:

  • Free Player Entry

  • Sponsored Raffle Item

  • Sponsored Hole

Beverage Sponsors:

A vendor may become a Beverage Sponsor with a $250 donation. This package includes:

  • Sponsored Round of Drinks

  • Logo Displayed at Bar in Dining Hall
